It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.
SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days .

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

RETURNS
Our return policy is for store credit only. It lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All labels and tags must be attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. If your store credit has not been issued in 2-3 business days, please contact us at Brokenyouth@gmail.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Brokenyouth@gmail and send your item to: Brkn Youth, 1017 Lake Summit Drive, Little Elm, TX 75068
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
